Successfully hosted the eighth annual Railway Safety Day, commemorating the victims of the 2004 Khayyam-Neyshabur railway accident during Transportation Week.
TSL conducted a workshop on hazardous materials (hazmat) transportation laws, referencing RID:COTIF, SMGS:OSJD, North American regulations, and Iran’s regulations.
The workshop, led by four below experts, received a warm reception at the School of Railway Engineering, Iran University of Science and Technology:

▪️ Ehsan Erfagh (Advisor to the Deputy for Operation and Movement of Railways): OSJD-SMGS
▪️ Morteza Bagheri (Faculty Member, School of Railway Engineering): The Necessity of Approving Comprehensive Legislation for Hazardous Materials
▪️ Hamid Bozorgi (Iran Railway Expert): Hazardous Materials in Rail Transportation
Additionally, an exhibition showcasing relevant works by Professor Frank Saccomanno and Professor John Shortreed from University of Waterloo has been introduced at the event.
